Sunday night at the London Olympic Stadium was fantastic for many great athletes. Olympic Record, seven guys under 10seconds in the 100m final. Tennis was lifted to a whole new level, the Olympic Stadium and ever other stadium was packed. Amazing isn't it. If you aren't here in London, you are still part of it by watching and following the athletes compete to the best of their level online or TV.
In addition to the 80,000 people at the Olympic Stadium Sunday night, more than 20million were in front of their TV in United Kingdom. DAMN. Add that to the whole world and you'll be surprised, or maybe not. The pressure has been put on Usain Bolt since Yohan Blake beat in the Jamaican Olympic Trials. He said "give me a month and I'll show you all.". With no further explanation, HE DID IT. NOT only did he won the 100m final, but it was also a OLYMPIC RECORD. This is the night Usain Bolt became a Legend in the history of sports. A Hall of Famer, a Lord Usain (if he lived in the UK), he did it and he did with style. I was following him on twitter, he had 665,000 Friday 3. August, today (Monday) he passed 1mill. Icon, legend, or whatever man. Fastest man alive and guess what, he is 25 years old.

Andy Murray, one of the great hopes of United Kingdom beat Roger Federer in the mens single Tennis Final. He finally did it. During his first interview he said, "what the brits did, Jessica, Greg and Mo was inspirational. What Mo did running 53 second lap after 9,600m gave me extra boost for my final.". Well Andy, you did and you deserved it.

Sanya Richards-Ross. With no further introduction, we all know how much Sanya wanted to win GOLD in the Olympics. She's been through so much for the last few years, and after Beijing until now all focus has been London 2012 Olympics. World Champ is a good title to have but Olympic Gold, you cant get any better. She executed well, kept the pace and finished strong. Hometown hero and regaining Olympic Champion Christine Ohuruogu and Deedee Trotter of the USA were coming but she hold them off. Well done well done Sanya.

Huge congratulation to the Norwegian Champion and Record Holder Ezinne Okparaebo for running personal best in the heats and semis. To break it down for you, whenever she runs a PB, its a new National Record. BAWS!! With the enormous pressure each athlete has during these games, to perform in high level and almost perfect when it matters most is tough and difficult. But only the great athletes can put the pressure on the sidelines and do the business they came to do. Ezinne Okparaebo did that. Period! Norwegian Record in front of 80,000 people and millions of others watching on TV, thats huge. Well done Ezinne, the future got a lot in store for you!
