NBA star and scoring champ Kevin Durant is facing two huge issues. 1, if a miracle doesn't happen, he is about to lose the NBA Finals. 2, he is getting sued for using the name "Durantula" by a guitarist Mark Durante. Mr. Durante was popular in the 80's and got the name Durantula for the way he was on stage when he was performing. He claims that it's his and has the trademark registration for it.
