The importance of keeping yourself in shape cannot be described enough. Take a walk, run for 10-20min, do some sit ups, push-ups, pull-ups, hit the weight room, go for a swim, play golf, do yoga, and anything else that would keep you active and burn some calories. Doing only one of those activities mentioned above, will give you extra energy, extra good feeling, extra confidence, better vision, clearer thoughts, you'll feel lighter, power to do more than you expected, overall a better day!
