Holiday Season

Its holiday season and we all come from everywhere around to spend some time together. We eat and eat, but some of us forget to do little bit of exercise.

Don't you get motivated to do little bit of training when you see a friend or someone close is working out. I do, its in our mentality that we get that thought "they are in the gym, man I should do the same"

Advice To Everybody, Including GrandParents


The importance of keeping yourself in shape cannot be described enough. Take a walk, run for 10-20min, do some sit ups, push-ups, pull-ups, hit the weight room, go for a swim, play golf, do yoga, and anything else that would keep you active and burn some calories. Doing only one of those activities mentioned above, will give you extra energy, extra good feeling, extra confidence, better vision, clearer thoughts, you'll feel lighter, power to do more than you expected, overall a better day! These are not fancy words, there is truth to it. Stay Active!
