Everybody is getting ready for
the Olympics these days, some of the track and field athletes from all around
the globe have come together to train with Coach of the Year, Coach Jama Aden.
They have been in many different places so far this year, and now based in
Sweden before the London Olympics. There are guys like World Champion Abubakar
Kaki running 1.42,23 ranked second favorite going into the Olympics behind
World Record holder David Rudisha. Both Kaki and Rudisha has been #1 and #2 the
last four years, soooooo Do I SMELL A OLYMPIC MEDAL for both of these
guys?????? Most definitely!!!
Now a lot of the guys hoping for
a medal or even becoming a finalist are here in Sweden training together,
pushing each other on the track day in day out. ENOUGH SAID....YOU do know they
practice hard or else they wouldn't be elite athletes so I'm not going to brag
about them....... You feel me?
If you watch track then you know
the new kid from the block, Ayanleh Souleiman from Djibouti who came out from
nowhere and took the world with storm running four fastest time this year in
the 1500m with time of 3.30,31. I had a chat with him the other day and they
guy is ready to run a lot faster than that. He said it, but I saw him at
practice and I confirm that he definitely is one of the guys to look for in the
London Olympics.....Run kid RUUUUUUN.....I wonder what the Kenyan's are going
to do when things start shaking up in the Olympics.... ENOUGH SAID again!!!!!
You know who to follow!
We got youngsters like Musaeb
Bella doing it big for his country Qatar, running 1.45,19, and looks good and
ready. His countryman Hamza Driouch blasted the mile at the Diamond League Oslo
running 3.50.90...and 3.33,69 for the 1500m...18 years old..... DAMN...
Time-Out......Thats fast...Just admit it if you know track. Mumin Gala
representing Djibouti, you already know.....BAWS!! Don't forget about Ahmed al
Marjabi running 45.84 on the 400m. He did ran 32s for the 300m at practice
today, so yea pretty sure he'll go sub 45 very soon....Go BIG Ahmed.... Thats
some of the athletes here, I won't mention all of them because I'll cover that
during the London Olympics. This was a sneak peek!!!!
"I got high hopes, I feel like a
pope" like Waka Flocka said....I'm out....
